When you get a BCW Comic Book or Magazine Bin, it will come as a set of panels that need to be snapped together. It can be a bit confusing the first time you do this, but becomes much easier on later builds. How the pandemic and professional grading have made ticket stub collecting more popular than ever.

While trading cards may always be number one among sports memorabilia enthusiasts, ticket stub collecting has gradually heated up over the past two years. It has done so for two reasons. The COVID-19 pandemic and grading companies have both made collecting physical ticket stubs more popular than ever. However, digital ticketing may erode some of that enthusiasm – but maybe not for long.

The Exceed Fighting System is a card game produced by Level 99 Games that emulates the action and strategy of 2d fighting games. Exceed is released in “seasons”, with each season having a number of characters packed in sets of 4. Each character has a fixed deck, containing basic attacks shared by every character, several special attacks, as well as any other supplements required. If you have a large collection of sports or gaming cards, you likely have card boxes on your shelves. The IKEA-style shelves (pictured below) or wire rack shelves (pictured further below) are effective solutions for card box storage.
So, what card boxes are best for your card collection? There are a few things to consider before you buy card boxes or shelves. Will your cards be stored loose, in toploaders, in magnetics, or other card holders? Will you have any graded cards? How many cards are in your collection? Whatever the answer, BCW has card boxes to solve your storage needs.
Before you purchase card boxes, consider how they will fit on your shelves. We provided examples below to demonstrate how your boxes will look on IKEA or wire rack shelves. The wire shelves we used are 36 inches wide by 16 inches deep.

Card Catalog on IKEA Shelves
The Six-drawer Card Catalog is designed to fit in IEKA or similar shelving but can also lock together with other units to create a modular system. Using the catalog with an IKEA Kallax lets you find cards easily, as you don’t have to physically maneuver boxes. This makes it a perfect setup for someone with a large collection they access regularly.

The FAB Breakdown covers current news, deck techs, interviews from key people in the Flesh and Blood community, as well as engaging in giveaways and community activities. I do my best to stay up-to-date and informed on all topics but offer my unique perspective.

In this week’s episode I breakdown the new announcement for LSS regarding what we know about the Pro Quests for the Pro Tour #1 in April of 2022. I also breakdown my Viserai OTK (One Turn Kill) Blitz deck (deck list) that I am playing at a local Armory event at Moosnshot Games.
I breakdown the prizes for the Pro Quests taking place in 2022 at local game stores and I break down the just announced January Armory Kits that contain two new cards possibly from the upcoming release of Everfest.
Weiß Schwarz is a Japanese card game focused on mixing anime, manga, and video game properties. With licenses ranging from Attack on Titan to Adventure Time and simple deck construction, the game benefits from cross-over interest from fans that aren’t necessarily players of CCGs.
Decks use 3 types of cards: characters, events, and climax. Decks must contain exactly 50 cards, and players may use 4 copies a card with the same name. In addition, a deck can only use 8 climax cards in total, although there is no benefit to using fewer. The Trial Decks released for each set work well for new players. Each deck has a paper playmat. The reverse side has a guide to play the deck, as well a tips to upgrade the deck.
Gameplay is relatively simple, with necessary resources for playing cards generated as a natural result of play. The main feature of the game is the Clock, which acts as combination of damage system and timer. Each successful attack adds one or more cards to your opponent’s Clock. When there are seven or more cards in the pile, those cards go to the discard pile, or waiting room, and the player immediately levels up. This means more powerful cards can played, but when a player reaches level 4, they lose the game. More information can be found on the official English page.
To protect, store, and display your Weiß Schwarz cards, BCW Supplies offers several solutions:
Deck Case LX
The small size of the decks, combined with the lack of any side decks or outside cards, makes storing and transporting decks easy. The Deck Case LX is usable for a single deck, especially if you double sleeve cards. Keep in mind a deck of fifty cards will have a loose fit as the Deck Case LX can hold 80 sleeved cards.
Prism Deck Cases
Prism Deck Cases are sized to hold 100 double sleeved cards, allowing you to store two Weiß Schwarz decks in each Prism. Made from translucent plastic, Prisms have a two piece snap together design.
Prime X4 Gaming Box
If you single sleeve and wish to carry multiple decks, the Prime X4 will hold four decks. While the game doesn’t officially use counters or dice, having them on hand can be handy, especially if using a deck that uses a lot of power manipulation.
9-Pocket Z-Folios
A folio is a great way to store and display favored cards from your collection. Folio pages are welded into the spine of the album, and these pages have pockets to hold individual cards. BCW offers 4-Pocket Folios and 9-Pocket Folios with plastic covers. For a premium album with a zipper closure, try our 9-Pocket Z-Folios or 12-Pocket Z-Folios. If you are a card gamer looking for something new to play, or an anime fan looking for collectibles for your favorite series, Weiss Schwarz could be what you’re looking for.
After a successful Kickstarter campaign, MetaZoo was officially released in 2021. This initial release was a big hit, selling out almost immediately. A second set, Nightfall, released in October and is seeing equally strong sales.
The game features “fourth wall” mechanics, where real world aspects will influence gameplay. For example, a water Beastie may get a bonus to power when it is raining. There are Terra cards that will add these aspects when they are missing in the real world. Players make decks with a minimum of 40 cards, with an optional 15 card sideboard.
The game is very popular with collectors. Many cards hold notable value, further increasing as more people learn about the game and want to get cards as well. BCW toploaders are a good option for protecting these cards, especially when paired with Inner Sleeves to add another layer. A 1-screw holder would be an upgrade, keeping the card fully secured with no chance of accidentally tipping the card out. A 4-screw holder would offer similar protection. Magnetic holders offer the best of both worlds: the security of a 1-screw holder while being easy to use.

Of course, storing the bulkier holders is an issue. Depending on the size of your collection, you may want a 2 row Shoe Box or 3-row Super Shoe Box.
