When using PayPal to purchase from BCW we collect the funds immediately upon your purchase.
When using a Debit Card to purchase from BCW we collect the funds immediately upon your purchase.
When using Apple Pay to purchase from BCW we collect the funds immediately upon your purchase.
When using Google Pay to purchase from BCW we collect the funds immediately upon your purchase.
When using a Credit Card to purchase from BCW we authorize your card. This is to ensure the credit card has sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction and the card has not expired. This authorization will “fall off” based on the terms of the card type. Authorizations expire at different times. The list below shows the default time before your authorization will expire.
If the authorization has fallen off due to the time between purchase of your BCW order and the time we ship, we will have to reauthorize and capture the total amount at the time of shipment. Rest assured, we have not charged you twice.
Our Shipping Methods have generalized names. Below is a key to better describe the service.
Note: Currently we are unable to ship to an APO.
Orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis. We aim to ship parcel orders within 2-4 business days as long as all products are in stock at the time of purchase.
If you have products that were on Back-Order, please review your sales order confirmation and check the dates listed next to the image.
If you have multiple items on Back-Order, please use the date furthest into the future for an estimated shipment date.
In the image above, the order is expected to ship out on 05/23/23.

BCW will ship to a PO Box, however, there are a couple conditions we follow in order to use this method.
If you find that your only shipment option is Customer Pick Up and you are shipping to a PO Box then your order weighs more than 8lbs.
To correct this, please ship to another another non-PO Box address.
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before attempting to return any merchandise. Create a RMA to start the process. NOTE: You must log into your account to create an RMA.Unopened and/or unaltered merchandise can be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping cost, if applicable. Opened Product will not be considered for return or exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of a BCW mistake, BCW will pay for return shipping charges. Merchandise may not be returned after 30 days. In most cases, a Credit or Replacement will be issued upon BCW receiving the product(s) described in the RMA.
If a shipment has been damaged or is missing product(s), the customer is required to notify BCW within seven (7) days of the date of delivery and note all damaged or missing product(s) on the Bill of Lading where applicable. A return request is required for a damaged or lost package/Item. Create a RMA to start the process. NOTE: You must log into your account to create an RMA. Customers will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from a customer service representative if items need to be returned. BCW will initiate the loss or damage claim, and the customer will be credited for the missing or damaged merchandise. In most cases, a Credit or Replacement will be issued upon BCW receiving the product(s) described in the RMA. Failure to notify BCW of all damaged or missing product within seven (7) days of the date of delivery may cause the claim to be denied. We have no minimum order.
No, at the wholesale level you are not required to purchase in full case quantities.
We do not offer discounts for more than a case of any given product. The reason is that hobby shops typically have limited space and cash flow. We don’t want them to have to buy more than they need to get a particular price.
There maybe a number of reasons why your wholesale account application was denied. Below are the most common issues we encounter.
