BCW Affiliate Program
Resellers of BCW products – The BCW Affiliate Program is separate and distinct from our Wholesale Program. Resellers with a business license can apply for a BCW wholesale account. Resellers can also contact a BCW distributor to order products. We reserve the right to accept or decline affiliate applications at our sole discretion.
The BCW Affiliate Program is designed to assist case breakers, bloggers, streamers, and others that are promoting their hobby online. As an affiliate partner, you can receive a commission for sales at bcwsupplies.com when the customer uses a coupon code unique to the affiliate. The process is simple, free, and fast to sign up. In this video I will walk you through all the steps needed and explain more about the program as we go. The process and benefits are described below, and in the video.
The BCW Affiliate Program is available to content creators with a BCW retail or wholesale account (you need to sign-in at bcwsupplies.com). To activate an affiliate account, first sign-in to your bcwsupplies.com account. Then on the My Account dashboard, click the Affiliate link and complete the Affiliate Program application. Affiliates are required to provide their primary webpage. Youtube, Twitch, and similar sites can qualify if you do not own your own domain. Once approved, navigate back to the My Account/Affiliate page to access this program. Below are descriptions of the pages within the Affiliate account.
Affiliate Account Dashboard
On the Affiliate Program Account Dashboard, you’ll see a snapshot of the benefits of this program. When a customer uses an affiliate partner coupon code, the affiliate will earn a 5% commission from that sale. The customer also wins, as the coupon code will allow them to get 10% off their retail order. Affiliate partners also receive 2¢ for web traffic sent to bcwsupplies.com when the customers was directed from a link with the affiliate’s unique tracking code.
Promotion Materials Page
This page provides elements to help an affiliate become successful with this program.
The Personal Referral Link provides the unique code that gives the affiliate credit for web traffic to bcwsupplies.com. The affiliate earns 2¢ for each inbound link, provided those are organic links (affiliates that artificially click the link repeatedly will be removed from the program). With assistance from the program administrator, we can modify your Personal Referral Link to be shorter than the default URL. For example, we can change the default link https://www.bcwsupplies.com/?acc=5592ac79b01cc0548f8a58114a011955 to the shortened https://www.bcwsupplies.com/?acc=IndyCardBreaks . After your Affiliate account has been created, please email [email protected], and request the shortened URL.
The affiliate’s unique coupon code is also listed on this page. When a custom uses an affiliate coupon code on a bcwsupplies.com retail order, the affiliate will earn 5% of that sale. The coupon code is originally named something similar to “BCW-WXYZ”. With assistance from the program administrator, an affiliate can get the coupon altered to a more relevant code. As an example, we can change coupon “BCW-WXYZ” to “IndyCardBreaks” or whatever is relevant to that affiliate. To get a coupon code changed from the generic code to a personalized code, please email [email protected], and request the change.
An affiliate can also place a banner on their webpages, linking to bcwsupplies.com using their unique tracking code. To get the most credit for your efforts, we suggest a banner ad that promotes your unique coupon code, such as the sample below. You can create your artwork using the BCW logo, or ask BCW for assistance designing a banner by emailing [email protected].
Transactions History
The Transactions page in your affiliate account lists the credit you have earned from inbound bcwsupplies.com web traffic (2¢/link), and the use of your unique coupon code (5% of sales), and any withdrawals paid to you.
Withdrawals
When your affiliate account has a credit of $200 or more, you can request a withdrawal from the Withdrawals page. You can select to be paid in one of two methods. First, you can be paid with credit on your bcwsupplies.com account. This method is great if you plan to order BCW products for your own needs. The second method is to be paid via PayPal. If you use this method, BCW will deduct a $20 service fee, and the affiliate is responsible for the PayPal fees.
Statistics
The Statistics page tracks the web clicks and coupon code orders from the affiliate, and reports the total amount earned by the affiliate.
Settings
On the Settings page, you can select Store Credit or PayPal as your payment method. If you select PayPal as your payment method, you can provide your PayPal email address here.
