How to Achieve Free Shipping on BCW Wholesale Orders

Hobby shops, online retailers, and other businesses that resell BCW products can apply for a wholesale account to get great pricing on BCW products and have their order shipped directly from BCW’s Indiana warehouse. Once approved for a wholesale account, customers can sign-in to their bcwsupplies.com account and the pricing and Free Shipping details adjust to wholesale levels.

Achieving Free Shipping is important for retailers, so shipping expenses do not cut into their profits. BCW wholesale orders achieve Free Shipping when the bcwsupplies.com shopping cart reaches $1,000, or $500 of the items designated with a green key symbol.

If preferred, retailers can order BCW products from numerous distributors. However, distributors do not always carry the full BCW product line and may experience inventory shortages. Furthermore, some distributors have excessive purchase requirements for supplies or add a steep delivery fee.

Some distributors are challenged to sell hobby supplies, as many supplies are bulky and do not ship efficiently with UPS or FedEx. BCW gets great shipping rates on supplies as most of our wholesale Free Shipping orders are delivered on pallets by freight trucks. In the freight business, these pallet-sized orders are called “LTL” shipments, short for “Less Than Truckload”. While using this BCW Free Shipping system makes your wholesale order affordable, it does have a few conditions, mainly you must ship to a single commercial address located within the 48 contiguous United States, or select areas of Ontario or Manitoba. See the Wholesale Customer Free Shipping Terms & Conditions below and LTL Delivery Requirements below for details.

When placing your first wholesale order from BCW, a Customer Service Rep will contact you to discuss your receiving process. If your commercial address does not have a loading dock, please request a truck equipped with a lift gate, so the pallet can be offloaded from the truck. In that instance, it is the responsibility of the store to get the product moved from the pallet inside the store or warehouse, not the truck driver.

If you have any questions about creating a wholesale account, how to order, or any shipping details, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
