Urban Areas Map of Manitoba and Ontario

Previously, this Free Shipping offer was only available to businesses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington DC. BCW is now extending this offer to businesses in the urban areas of Manitoba and Ontario. Canadian wholesale orders will include a Tax Line item on their invoice indicating the total tax rate, made up of GST/PST or HST depending on your location. You can submit this information on your taxes.

How do businesses in MB and ON place a wholesale order?

First, apply for a BCW wholesale account so you get the wholesale pricing. Once approved, sign-in to your bcwsupplies.com account and the prices and Free Shipping details will adjust to wholesale levels. Place the desired products in your bcwsupplies.com shopping cart. During checkout, add your commercial shipping address. If your order exceeds $1,000 USD, or the orders includes $500 USD or more of the products with the designated Green Key symbol, and your address is in one of the designated urban postal codes of Manitoba or Ontario, the website will award Free Shipping. If your address does not achieve Free Shipping on our website, please contact BCW so we can investigate the issue. BCW reserves the right to decide if a MB or ON commercial address is within the Free Shipping qualified area.

Orders of this size typically fit on a pallet, and are delivered on a large truck delivered by a freight company. We often refer to these pallet-sized orders as LTL orders, short for “less than truckload”. Please see the “LTL Delivery Requirements” below.**

Fork Lift at BCW Supplies Warehouse

After placing an LTL order, a BCW Customer Service Rep will contact you to clarify some shipping details. Inform your CSR if your commercial address has a standard-height loading dock, or if you need a liftgate service (the lift on the back of the freight truck that lowers the pallet from the truck bed to the ground). If a liftgate is used, the customer is responsible for moving the products from the pallet into their building, not the delivery driver.

      • The consignee will be charged the cost of the return shipment.
      • Reimbursement of the storage fees.
