BCW Show Vendor Partner Program

If you’re exhibiting at a convention, trade fair, or hobby show and want to offer BCW products, BCW Supplies will cover some expenses!

Show vendor partners receive:

• Table fee reimbursement
• $50 event allowance
• 125% reimbursement value when taken as credit for your bcwsupplies.com wholesale account
• Social media paid advertising for the event

This reimbursement program is offered to BCW wholesale accounts. Vendors can apply for a BCW wholesale account. Once approved, you can sign in to your bcwsupplies.com account and the prices and free shipping details will adjust to wholesale levels.

When you’re ready to sell BCW products at a show, inform BCW well in advance. A month or more is preferred. Visit https://www.bcwsupplies.com/vendor-program and click Approval – Upcoming Events and fill in as much information as you have, including an image of the show’s flyer is available. If you fail to notify BCW a minimum of a week in advance, the show will not qualify for reimbursement. BCW also reserves the right to decline the support of the show partnership for any reason, including unreasonable requests or another partner scheduled for the same event. You can find a list of shows with BCW Vendor Partners in this article. Remember to place your wholesale order before the show, allowing plenty of time for shipping and your event preparation.

BCW will reimburse you for your table fees when the tables are dedicated to showcasing and selling BCW products. The maximum reimbursement for table fees is $500. BCW will also pay you $50 to cover other expenses.

After the show, visit https://www.bcwsupplies.com/vendor-program and click on Reimbursement – Completed Events. Fill in all of the required information, and be sure to have photos of your setup to send as well. These photos will be used to promote future shows, so try to make them as interesting and dynamic as possible. After the form is received, BCW will reimburse you via PayPal or as a bcwsupplies.com store credit. If the store credit option is selected, BCW will credit your bcwsupplies.com account 125% of the reimbursement value, which you will receive as a gift card code sent to your email. The code will then need to be entered at https://www.bcwsupplies.com/mpgiftcard/ to add to your account. As it is a gift card, you can apply the balance towards shipping as well as goods.

When taking your photos, please ensure your table is the focal point of the image. The more centered the table it, the more easily we can use the image. Whenever possible, try to capture some activity at the table, as it creates more excitement and visual interest. In general, it is better to take many photos and select a handful of the best images to send.

BCW will support you and the show manager by advertising your shows on social media the week before your event. The post will reach collectors of the relevant hobby located around the show venue. When booking shows, you are encouraged to let the show manager know you will set up BCW table(s) and inform them of the benefits, including paid advertising of their event.
