BCW Show Vendor Partner Program

If you sell at conventions, trade fairs, or hobby shows, the BCW Show Vendor Partner Program helps you bring more BCW products to your table, put them in front of customers, and keep building your business with us.

The goal of the program is simple: support qualified wholesale partners who carry, display, and sell BCW products at shows, create a visible BCW presence for collectors, and grow alongside us. Participation is limited and subject to approval.

Program Overview

Approved Show Vendor Partners may receive BCW product credit toward documented show table costs. The credit equals the amount of the cost you pay for tables use to display and sell BCW product, up to a maximum of $250 per show.

The program provides product credit only. It does not offer cash reimbursement, or reimbursements for travel, milage, meals, lodging, or other show allowances.

Participation Requirements

The program is designed for established BCW wholesale customers in good standing that actively carry, display, and sell BCW products at shows. If you do not have a wholesale account, you can do so on the wholesale application page. You will also need to read and agree to the terms of the BCW Vendor Partner Agreement, including W9 and insurance requirements. Before the Show

To request support for an upcoming show, use the Approval – Upcoming Events form found on the Vendor Program website at least 7 days in advance of the show. Earlier notice is preferred, especially for larger events. The form will ask the following information:

• Email associated with the wholesale account
• Vendor name (business entity or DBA)
• Show name
• Show dates
• Show hours
• Address for the venue
• Show website or social media page
• Miscellaneous notes and information

We will then use this information to create a social media post highlighting the show and your presence. As such, we highly encourage you to get a Facebook page for your business if you do not already have one.

Shows are first come, first served, and one BCW Vendor Partner is allowed per show. BCW may decline a request for any reason, including incomplete or incorrect information, late submission, unreasonable requests, overlapping vendor coverage, or program suitability.

During the Show

Vendor Partners are expected to carry, display, and sell BCW products in a way that creates a visible, professional presence. BCW products should be clearly represented in your space. During the show, be sure to take the table pictures that are required for reimbursement. While we encourage you to take pictures when there is activity at the table, it can often get too busy to do so. In these cases, taking pictures after you have everything set up but before the show opens is recommended. The program supports vendors that actively sell BCW products – not vendors who simply attend shows or carry a mix of products without a meaningful BCW presence.

After the Show

After the show, use the Reimbursement – Completed Events form found on the Vendor Partner page. Complete the form. and be sure to include images of the following:

• One or more photos of your space showing BCW product presence at the show
• A receipt or invoice showing the show name, dates, and table costs
• Proof of payment

If you don’t include one or more of these images, your reimbursement request will be denied. Once we’ve received and approved your documentation, BCW will issue credit to your account up to the approved amount.

BCW values its vendor partners and the role they play in getting BCW products in front of collectors. With everything aligned, vendors can stock BCW product at lower effective cost, collectors have easier and faster access to BCW items at shows, and BCW grows product visibility while spotlighting strong vendor partners.
