BCW Show Vendor Partner Program
If you’re exhibiting at a convention and want to offer BCW products, BCW Supplies will cover some expenses!
Show vendor partners receive:
- Table fee reimbursement
- $50 event allowance
- 125% reimbursement value applied as credit to your bcwsupplies.com wholesale account
- Social media paid advertising

This booth reimbursement program is offered to BCW wholesale accounts. Vendors can apply for a BCW wholesale account. Once approved, you can sign-in to your bcwsupplies.com account and the prices and Free Shipping details will adjust to wholesale levels.
When you’re ready to sell BCW products at a show, inform BCW in advance of the show. A month or more notification is best. Email [email protected] and inform us of your show schedule and what you plan to sell. BCW reserves the right to decline the partnership if there are unreasonable requests.
Place your wholesale order before your show, allowing plenty of time for shipping and your event preparation. When BCW ships your order, we will add BCW-branded table runners, as seen in the photos. Other hobby-specific items will be considered. For example, we can send Card Thickness Gauges to vendors at sports card shows. When placing your order, type “Include Show Vendor Samples” in the comments section to make sure we recognize your order as a Vendor Partner order.
BCW will reimburse you for your table fees, when the tables are used to offer BCW products. BCW reserves the right to place a limit on the reimbursement amount at our discretion. BCW will also pay you $50 for other expenses.
After the show, send photos of your booth to [email protected], preferably with the person working the booth in the photo. The photo may be used to promote future shows. Then BCW will reimburse you via PayPal, or as a bcwsupplies.com store credit. If the store credit option is selected, BCW will credit your bcwsupplies.com account 125% of the reimbursement value which you can use on future wholesale bcwsupplies.com orders of merchandise. The credit does not go towards shipping expenses, so reaching the Free Shipping level is advised.
BCW will support you and the show manager by advertising your shows on social media the week before your event. The post will reach collectors of the relevant hobby located around the show venue.
