How to Use the Quick Order System
- Get a BCW Wholesale Account
Resellers can apply at bcwsupplies.com/wholesale to gain access to wholesale pricing and free shipping on qualifying orders. - Sign In
Log in at bcwsupplies.com using your approved wholesale account credentials. - Click “Quick Order” in the Header
Once signed in, you’ll find a Quick Order link at the top of the page. Click it to open the Quick Order dashboard. - Choose How to Add Products
You have three easy options:
- Use the Quick Search Bar
Type a SKU or product name to add individual items to your order list. - Paste a Product List
Enter multiple products using this format: SKU, Quantity - Upload a File
Upload a CSV or XML file with two headers: SKU and QTY. You can drag and drop your file or click to upload.
- Make Final Adjustments
Once your list is loaded, you can make any desired changes, such as removing backordered items and adjusting quantities to achieve full-case price discounts. - Add to Cart
Click “Add to Cart” to add your Quick Order to your shopping cart. From there, review shipping and complete checkout as usual.
