BCW Order Pickup: Follow These Simple Steps

BCW serves customers nationwide, including many right here in Indiana. If you’re near our Middletown offices, you can pick up your order directly from our warehouse—saving on shipping costs and receiving your items faster. Even out-of-state customers sometimes choose this option when traveling through the area for a trade show or when driving is cheaper than shipping.

How to Pick Up Your Order

For Indiana Residents

1. Add your items to your cart at bcwsupplies.com.
2. Enter your Indiana address as the shipping address.
3. Select “Pickup” at checkout and complete your order.
4. Follow the instructions in the “After Your Order is Processed” section below.

For Non-Indiana Residents

1. Add your items to your cart at bcwsupplies.com.
2. Use the BCW address (below) as the shipping address:
   BCW Supplies, 8984 W. State Road 236, Middletown, IN
3. Select “Pickup” as the delivery option.
4. In the Order Comments box, enter: “Out of state pickup order.” This helps us process your request correctly.

After Your Order is Processed

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email stating it is ready to be picked up at 8984 W. State Road 236, Middletown, Indiana. Use the main office entrance and speak to a customer service representative at the front desk. After doing so, your items will be given to you, and you can be on your way.
