We pride ourselves in shipping goods as quickly as possible. In most instances,
we aim to ship parcel orders within 2-4 business days as long as all products are in stock at the time of purchase. We occasionally take longer to pull, package and ship
products due to high order volume. Shipping charges are a calculation of product
weight, dimensions, quantity, & shipping region. In most instances the shipping
calculation equals the actual shipping charges that the carrier bills us. Learn

We will ship to locations outside the United States and our shopping cart supports international destinations like Canada or Europe. Please add products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to determine your shipping charges.
Available shipping methods are UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide
Saver and UPS Worldwide Express. The calculated shipping costs for Canada UPS Standard
is inclusive of all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. The customer will
not be responsible for any additional charges upon receipt of their order for UPS
Standard service.
BCW is the shipping agent of record and is required to complete a customs declaration
with the value of the items purchased. We cannot legally declare an item as a 'gift'.
By law we must include a copy of the invoice and declaration of value with every
Canadian shipment. We cannot blind ship Canadian orders. All Canadian orders will
show BCW as the shipping agent. If a parcel is returned for any reason, you will
be responsible for the shipping charge, the return shipping charge, and a 15% restocking
fee.
All international orders (excluding Canada) are non-refundable, all sales are final. International billing and shipping addresses must be the same. Available shipping methods are UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver or UPS Worldwide Express. We only ship to those countries listed on our shipping drop down menu on our order checkout form. Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for the purchase of our items. Please note that these fees are to be paid by you to your local government agencies and can be significant. The customer is responsible for checking with their local government officials for specific rates.

NOTE: You must log into your account to create an RMA.Unopened and/or unaltered merchandise can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a refund amount of the original merchandise price minus a 15% restocking fee. Opened Product will not be considered for return or exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of a BCW mistake, BCW will pay for return shipping charges. Merchandise may not be returned after 30 days. In most cases, a Credit or Replacement will be issued upon BCW receiving the product(s) described in the RMA.
If a shipment has been damaged or is missing product(s), the customer is required to notify BCW within seven (7) days of the date of delivery and note all damaged or missing product(s) on the Bill of Lading where applicable. A return request is required for a damaged or lost package/Item. Create a RMA to start the process. NOTE: You must log into your account to create an RMA. Customers will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from a customer service representative if items need to be returned. BCW will initiate the loss or damage claim, and the customer will be credited for the missing or damaged merchandise. In most cases, a Credit or Replacement will be issued upon BCW receiving the product(s) described in the RMA. Failure to notify BCW of all damaged or missing product within seven (7) days of the date of delivery may cause the claim to be denied. If BCW does not receive the product within 30 days of issuing the RMA number, please note that the RMA number will expire and you will no longer be able to return the items.
Should you decide to purchase a BCW product from a third-party reseller, the reseller is required to handle all aspects of customer service. Contact the third-party reseller directly to:
BCW will not accept a return, provide a refund, or exchange products purchased from
a third-party reseller.
However, if a dispute arises between you and a third-party reseller and you can't
reach an agreement, then BCW will attempt to assist you. We require proof of purchase
in the form of either a copy of the sales receipt or shipping invoice from the third-party
reseller that lists the following information:
