We recommend that if you use any cleaning product on your coins, that you test the product on a non-valuable coin first. We are not responsible for the manufacturer's use recommendations and/or claims of effectiveness. As such, coin cleaning products cannot be returned for refund, credit or exchange.
How we ship orders that include Coin Cleaners.
If your order contains coin cleaners mixed in with other coin supplies, the entire shipment will be made via UPS Ground (even if you selected 3-day select on your order) to destinations in the U.S and Canada. Since the U.S. Postal Service considers Priority Mail as air, coin cleaners cannot be shipped via the Postal Service. We do not offer parcel post due to the lengthy delivery time it takes for shipments to arrive.
