Shipping
We pride ourselves in shipping goods as quickly as possible. In most instances, we
ship out the same day if the order is received before
5:00 (EST). We occasionally take longer to pull, package and ship products due to high order volume. Shipping Charges are a calculation of product weight, quantity, & shipping region. In most instances the shipping calculation equals the actual shipping charges that the carrier bills us. In the rare instance the calculation is off we will inform you of any necessary changes.

International Shipping:

We will ship to locations outside the United States and our shopping cart supports international destinations like Canada or Europe. Please add products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout to determine your shipping charges.
Canadian Shipping Policy
Available shipping methods are UPS Standard, UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver and UPS Worldwide Express. The calculated shipping costs for Canada are inclusive of all duties, taxes, and Customs clearance fees. The customer will not be responsible for any additional charges upon receipt of their order.
BCW is the shipping agent of record and is required to complete a customs declaration with the value of the items purchased. We cannot legally declare an item as a 'gift'. By law we must include a copy of the invoice and declaration of value with every Canadian shipment. We cannot blind drop ship Canadian orders. All Canadian orders will show BCW Diversified as the shipping agent.
If a parcel is returned for any reason, you will be responsible for the
shipping charge, the
return shipping charge, and
a 15% restocking fee.
International Shipping Policy (excluding Canada)
All international (excluding Canada) orders are non-refundable,
all sales are final. International billing and shipping addresses must be the same.
Available shipping methods are UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Saver or UPS Worldwide Express. We only ship to those countries listed on our shipping drop down menu on our order checkout form.
Customers are fully responsible for all duties and taxes imposed by their country for the purchase of our items. Please note that these fees are to be paid by you to your local government agencies and can be significant. The customer is responsible for checking with their local government officials for specific rates.

Return Policy
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) before returning any merchandise! Unauthorized returns will be subject to a partial refund. All unopened merchandise can be returned within 30 days of invoice date for a refund in the amount invoiced. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. In the event of a BCW mistake, BCW will pay for return shipping charges. If merchandise is returned after 30 days of invoice an additional 15% restocking fee will be incurred.
Damaged or Missing Merchandise
In the event that a shipment has been damaged or has missing product, the customer is required to notify BCW within seven (7) days of the date of delivery. BCW will initiate a loss or damage claim, and the customer will either be credited for the missing or damaged merchandise or BCW will supply replacements for the missing or damaged merchandise. Failure to report damaged or missing product to BCW within seven(7) days of the date of delivery can cause the claim to be denied.
