Available in a convenient 10-pack, the Deluxe 12-Inch Record Mailer is a heavy-duty box designed to protect your valuable LPs during shipping. These are made from thick cardboard with a large flute size, and have a reinforced, crush-resistant border for extra protection of the corners of your albums and their record jackets. The sturdy and rigid structure of the mailer ensures your vinyl arrives safely, no matter the journey. Folding the box is simple. First, fold the no-crush border, taping down the border if desired. Place the records in the box between the crush-resistant border. The shipper will fit up to 7 records, if they are single LPs. If you want to fill extra space, or add even more protection, place BCW 12-Inch Records Pads inside the mailer. We advise records are shipped in BCW Record Bags, not sleeves, as the bags fit snugly around all of the record's edges and the bags will prevent any scuffing to the record jackets. Once the records are centered in the mailer, fold over the top and bottom of the mailer, folding along the perforated lines, and seal the box shut using packaging tape.
